Mothers Core Fitness Individual Training Session

Individual sessions are best scheduled weekly or bi-weekly for a period of 3 – 8 weeks.  The purpose of these sessions is to release the non-optimal strategies your body has been using to support your spine and pelvis and get your deep core back to an optimally functioning state.  Your first session will be the assessment (listed above) as well as an initial series of deep core exercises and release work for you to work on at home. Depending on your progress, subsequent sessions will layer on more advanced exercises until optimal core function has been restored and you are ready to integrate what you have learned into your regular fitness regime.  Sessions are 1 hour in length and cost $85/session*

Training Female Clients with Incontinence
2 Hours - 2 BCRPA CEC’s

Over 60% of women deal with incontinence yet many of them suffer in silence and are restricted in what they feel they can do.  Physical exertion is often a challenge for women with stress urinary incontinence which leads many of them to stop exercising or choose activities that may not appeal to them.  As trainers/teachers we need to encourage women to talk about their challenges and offer solutions that will allow them to strengthen their pelvic floor and return to the activities that they enjoy.  Learn how stress urinary incontinence affects women and how to tailor your program to meet their needs.  You will gain a good understanding of the pelvic floor and its function along with the importance of encouraging pelvic floor wellness in your female clients.
